Amazon Go Stores Do Not Benefit From Opening On The Weekends

Four out of the six Amazon Go stores in Seattle, Chicago and San Francisco are closed on the weekends. According to Business Insider, it makes sense that the stores close on Saturday and Sunday. Data from InMarket showed that weekday visits are more common than weekend ones. The peak time for visitors is around noon, meaning people like a grab-and-go option during lunchtime. Although Amazon Go seems a lot like a convenience store, people tend to linger insider longer.
