Did Officials Evacuate Residents Of Paradise Quickly Enough?

The deadliest and most destructive fire in California history has a death toll of 76. According to Gizmodo, there are still 1,300 people on an ad hoc list of missing individuals. The question after the fire was whether official had done enough to evacuate those in the area. Firefighters issues an evacuation order at 7:46 a.m. to the easter zone of the town. When they issued a general evacuation order for everyone else there were already traffic jams on the road.
