Ingredients:-
Idlis, diced
Oil
1 tbsp. Ginger-Garlic Paste
1 Onion, finely chopped
1 Tomato, finely chopped
2 Green Chillies, finely chopped
¼ tsp. Turmeric Powder
½ tsp. Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp. Cumin Powder
1 tbsp. Pav-Bhaji Masala
Salt, to taste
Water, if required
Coriander Leaves
Method:-
1. In a pan heat oil and add ginger-garlic paste to it and saute for 30 seconds.
2. Add onions and cook for 2 minutes.
3. Then add tomato and cook on a medium flame until it turns completely soft.
4. Now add green chilies and cook for 30 seconds.
5. Then add turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, Pav-Bhaji Masala, salt and water as required.
6. Add more oil to the masala and shallow fry the idlis in it.
7. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
Masala Idli is to eat!
