Recipe to prepare delicious "Masala Curd":
Ingredients:
1 tbsp refined oil
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
4-5 curry leaves
1 green chilli, chopped
3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1/2 tsp ginger, finely chopped
1 medium bulblet onion, chopped
1 tomato, chopped
salt to taste
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
4-5 tsp curd/yoghurt
For Garnishing:
1 tbsp onion, finely chopped
1 tbsp tomato, chopped
few coriander leaves
Method:
Heat oil in a pan.
Add mustard seeds, and let them crackle.
Add cumin seeds, and saute.
Add curry leaves, and saute.
Add green chilli, and stir.
Add garlic and ginger, and saute them.
Add onion, and saute lightly.
Add tomato; toss and stir.
Add salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder and red chilli powder. Mix well.
Put off the flame; add curd/yoghurt, and mix well.
Transfer it in a bowl; garnish with onion, tomato and coriander leaves.
Masala Curd is ready to serve.

00:11 Masala Curd is a side dish, it is very tasty.
00:16 So what do we need for this?
00:17 For this we need Onions, Tomatoes,
00:20 Garlic, finely chopped for garnishing,
00:24 Ginger, if it is Curd Masala, it will be Curd.
00:28 Along with that Cumin, Red Chilli Powder, Green Chilli,
00:32 it is very spicy, Curry Leaves, Coriander Powder,
00:36 Garam Masala, Turmeric Powder, Salt and Mustard Seeds.
00:41 So first of all in a pan, take 1 spoon of Oil,
00:46 let the Oil heat up a little.
00:48 And first of all we will add Mustard Seeds.
00:53 Add Mustard Seeds and let it crackle.
00:58 Our Mustard Seeds have started to crackle.
01:04 Now add 1/2 spoon of Cumin Seeds.
01:08 And let it cook.
01:13 Cumin seeds are cooked, now add some Curry Leaves.
01:20 Add 1 spoon of Turmeric Powder.
01:22 Add 1 Green Chilli.
01:30 Now add 3 Garlic Cloves.
01:38 And add 1/2 spoon of Ginger.
01:47 Now add 1 medium sized Onion.
01:50 In Masala Curd, the Onion is not fully cooked.
01:57 It has to be cooked till it becomes a little raw.
02:04 So we only need this much of Onion.
02:11 Now add 1 Tomato.
02:16 Now we will toss it.
02:18 And we don't have to cook the Tomato completely.
02:24 Reduce the flame a little and add,
02:32 first of all a little Salt,
02:35 a little Turmeric Powder, 1/4 spoon,
02:39 about 1/2 spoon of Coriander Powder,
02:42 and about 1/2 spoon of Red Chilli Powder.
02:46 Mix it well.
02:50 Now turn off the flame.
02:54 And after turning off the flame,
02:58 add this Curd.
03:01 Now add this Curd.
03:04 And after this, mix it well.
03:10 Mix it well.
03:12 After mixing it,
03:16 shift it in a bowl.
03:20 And after putting it in the bowl,
03:34 add a little Raw Onion.
03:37 Add a little Green Chilli.
03:39 And a little Tomato.
03:43 This is also Raw Tomato.
03:46 And along with it,
03:49 add Coriander Leaves.
03:52 So your Masala Curd is ready.
