Construction Spending In the US Slows

According to new government data, construction spending in the U.S. fell for a third straight month. A report from the Commerce Department said total construction spending fell 0.1 percent to $1.31 trillion for October, while economists had predicted it to rise 0.4 percent. According to Reuters, private construction spending also dropped 0.4 percent last month, compared to 0.4 percent growth a month earlier.
