Violinist turned DJ aims to be Hong Kong’s first international female EDM performer

Olivia Dawn has spent her youth studying music from an academic lens. The Juilliard trained violinist first picked up the instrument when she was five. Now, she’s taking the best of that discipline and marrying it with electro beats. Dawn is not your typical DJ and not your typical violinist. She often finds herself playing sets into the night, while waking up early in the morning for violin training.
