Ingredients:
Oil
Chopped green chillies
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
Chopped spring onions
Chopped french beans
Chopped carrots
Thinly sliced mushrooms
3 cups chicken stock
Salt
1 tbsp black pepper powder
1 tbsp sugar
Boil and shredded chicken
1 tsp vinegar
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp red chilli sauce
1 tsp tomato ketchup
Chopped capsicum
Chopped cabbage
2 tbsp Corn Flour slurry
1 egg white
Spring onions (green)
Coriander leaves
Method of preparation:
Take some oil in a pan, add chopped green chilies, 2tsp ginger and garlic paste, mix it properly. Next, goes in chopped spring onions. Add in all vegetables, chopped french beans, chopped carrot, thinly sliced mushrooms and then mix it well. After sauteing for a while add 3 cups of chicken stock. Add salt to taste. 1 tbsp black pepper powder. Next goes in 1 tsp sugar, wait for soup to boil and add in boiled and shredded chicken. then add 1 tsp vinegar, 1 tsp soy sauce, 1 tsp chilli sauce followed by tomato ketchup. Add finely chopped capsicum and cabbage. Next, make corn flour slurry using 2 tbsp corn flour and water, add it little by little and let it cook for a while. Wait for soup to thicken. Add in 1 egg white little by little. At the end add spring onions green followed by chopped coriander. Mix it well and your chicken hot & sour soup is ready.
