S&P 500 Hits Three Week High After Christmas Low
According to Reuters, Wall Street is still on an upward swing.

By the afternoon, the Dow Jones Industrial Average was up over 1-percent, rising to 23,789, while the Nasdaq Composite also rose about 1-percent.
