UP govt encouraging mafias in the state: Raj Babbar

While briefing the media in the national capital on the law and order situation in Uttar Pradesh, State Congress president Raj Babbar said, “I had to come here because of increasing corruption in Uttar Pradesh. The government is encouraging mafias in the state. There is nothing like law and order situation left in UP. Several people have died due to drinking illicit alcohol.”
