Lahori Mutton Karahi is basically an inspired version of Bhati Karahi in Lahore and this recipe is made by famous chef Fatima Shafqat Cooking . The original recipe is for Lahori mutton karahi but I made it with mutton , but I will definitely try it with chicken as well.
Ingredients
Mutton meat half kg
1 large onion
2 tablespoons garlic
1 tablespoons ginger
2 medium tomatoes
1 green chilli
Salt to taste
Half cup green coriander
1 tablespoons dry coriander
1 teaspoon all spices
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1 tablespoons red chilli powder
Half teaspoon turmeric powder
Half cup oil
