Dim sum dough magic

The Chinese cuisine known as dim sum takes its name from the words “touch” and “heart”, and even ordinary cooks need a reasonable amount of skill to fold and wrap the bite-sized food. But 20-year-old creative chef Mr Yang is putting his heart into the task of making dim sum by crafting plain dough into some unique shapes. Videos of him working in his kitchen in China’s southern Guangdong province have become something of an online sensation.
