Trying LSPDFR 0.4, Part 2 (no commentary)

LSPDFR 0.4 is finally here, after being in development for almost three years. In this video, I showcase some of 0.4's features and functions, without my commentary to distract. Aside from some low framerate and high resource usage issues due to the latest version of GTA 5 itself, LSPDFR 0.4 is a nice mod, and I feel it will be even better once the modding community has had a chance to update the essentials like Police Smart Radio. That said, because my computer is lower-end and doesn't seem to like the newest version of GTA V (which is required for the newest Rage Plugin Hook, which itself is required for - and comes with - LSPDFR 0.4), I'll be switching back to LSPDFR 0.31 and an older version of the game for the time being. Perhaps someday I'll be able to afford a higher-spec computer that will run GTA V and LSPDFR 0.4 more smoothly on higher graphics settings.
