Twist in Shehla Masood murder case; political links found- NewsX

A fresh twist to the Shehla Masood murder probe. The CBI is now investigating a senior BJP politician from Madhya Pradesh in connection with the case. He has already been questioned a couple of times. During his stint as the head of Madhya Pradesh tourism, he was in regular touch with Masood. Although CBI has not named the politician, it is quite clear that he is Dhruv Narayan Singh, a BJP MLA. It is reported that differences arose between Singh and Masood when she filed RTI applications seeking various information about the Tourism department. Singh is said to be close to the prime suspect in the case, interior designer Zahida Pervez.
