In this video, we are going to see how to cook spicy, delicious Pallipalayam chicken fry ( டேஸ்ட்டான பள்ளிப்பாளையம் சிக்கன் வறுவல் / Chinthamani Chicken Fry)
This Pallipalayam chicken fry can be used as a starter and as a side dish. It is a tasty side dish for white rice, biryani, and rasam rice.

This dish is popular in Erode and Coimbatore. This Pallipalayam chicken is entirely different from other chicken recipes. Here we use coconut oil so it'll give a different taste. Try this spicy Pallipalayam Chicken recipe at home.

தேவையான பொருட்கள் (Ingredients):

சிக்கன் ( Chicken)- 400 gm
சின்ன வெங்காயம் ( Shallots) - 200gm
தேங்காய்(Coconut), கருவேப்பிலை( Curry leaves)
காய்ந்த மிளகாய் ( Red chilli)

செய்முறை ( Method):

1. Add Sesame oil in a pan.
2. After removing the seed, add red chili, coconut and curry leaves. Add shallots and fry it.
3. Soak Chicken for 15 min in lime juice, turmeric buttermilk
4. Then Add chicken, lemon, buttermilk in the pan
5. Don't add water cover and cook for 20 min stir occasionally.
6. Close and cook it for 20 minutes.
7. Then fry it open for 5 minutes.
