Spring was coming slowly to White Deer Park. One morning Mr. Mouse perishes. Owl had told the animals that two men took the Warden out of his cottage and put him in a white van and thought that he was very ill but he will be back in the spring. Meanwhile a woman took his cat out in a basket. Mole had made a mate called Mateless and will be with her for the Winter.
However, one night, Whistler and Kestrel saw a man shoot a deer and lots of Deer Hunters in the park. They went to warn Fox so he would warn the Great White Stag if they came back. They came back the next night and one of the poachers shot a doe. Scarface had heard everything and pounced on Weasel the next day. In the previous episode, he wanted Weasel to be his spy and tell him everything each Farthing animal does including Fox. The Other Farthing Wood animals had found her acting strangely. That evening one of the poachers had seen Fox and intended to shoot him first. Luckily Fox had got way from the poachers when they fell into the unfreezing pond. The animals had congratulated Fox on his brilliant plan. In the end Vixen had told Fox that he is going to be a father and that she will give birth to cubs in the next episode.
Mr. Vole and Mr. Mouse are confirmed dead.
