Ingredients:
1 Boiled Potato (mashed)
Salt
Red Chilli Powder
Salted Boondi (soaked)
Green Lentil (steamed)
1 cup Curd
1/2 tsp Sugar
1/2 tsp Cumin Seed Powder
Puri
Tamarind Chutney
Green Chutney
Sev
Coriander (chopped)
Method:
First, Have a boiled and mashed potato to that add salt & red chilli powder. Have Salted boondi, soaked the boondi in water for 5 minutes for the use.
Add some salt to Soaked Green lentil which need to steamed for 5 to 7 minutes. Add some salt, Sugar, & Cumin seed powder into the Curd, Mix them properly. Make sure your Curd is cold.
Now for making Dahi puri, Add Potato, Green Lentil, Salted Boondi to the Puri, then add Tamarind Chutney, Green Chutney, Dahi & Sev on top and sprinkle Red chilli powder for the color, Add little Cumin seed powder, Coriander and your Dahi Puri is ready to be served.
