What is SAR?

Specific absorption rate (SAR) is a measure of the rate at which energy is absorbed by the human body when exposed to a radio frequency (RF) electromagnetic field.

You can check SAR (Radiation level) of your smartphone by dialling USSD Code *#07#


If your device SAR is below (1.6 W/Kg) then it is good. If your SAR Value is more than 1.6 watts then, you need to change your smartphone.
