Bombay / Karachi is a popular Indian sweet dish made with cornflour sweetened with sugar, ghee, flavored with cardamom and garnished with nuts. This colorful sweet dish is one epic dish from the ancient Maharaj's time for all kinds of special occasions.

Ingredients:-
1 bowl water
1 bowl sugar
1 cup Corn Flour mixed in 2 cups water
2 tsp. Lime juice
4 tbsp. Ghee
½ Tsp. Food color
2 drops Kewra essence
1 cup Almonds and Cashews, chopped


Method:-
- In a pan heat water and sugar together.
- In a bowl mix corn flour and water together.
- Once the sugar melts add lemon juice.
- Slowly pour the corn flour mixture in the sugar syrup and keep stir on a low flame.
- Then add ghee step by step followed by the dry fruits.
- Turn the flame off.
- Brush a bowl with ghee and add the Halwa in it.
- Garnish with chopped Pistachios.
- Let it cool for 4 hours and then cut into pieces and serve.

Sweet and delicious Bombay Halwa is ready!
