Watch Chef Vicky Ratnani take some of your favourite comfort foods and give them the ultimate face-lift. Starting off with a smashing blend of avocado, cucumber and grapes in a refreshing lassi. He then stir fries moong dal, palak and methi to create a light snack to go with it. Next is the khichhdi with shiitake mushrooms and red rice, dahliya and moong dal served with a crunchy slaw and finally, he makes a unique combination of kingfish poached in beetroot and coconut sauce topped with stir-fried veggies.
