President Trump posted a tweet about healthcare on Tuesday.

President Trump made a proclamation about the future on Tuesday.
"The Republican Party will become 'The Party of Healthcare!'" Trump tweeted.
While it is unknown what the Republican vision of healthcare includes, it was recently made clear what it does not.  On Monday, the Trump administration backed the ruling of a Federal judge who indicated that the entirety of the Affordable Care Act should be scrapped, notes CNN. Politico reports that "three Justice Department lawyers wrote to the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals, which is now considering the case."
They reportedly stated: "The Department of Justice has determined that the district court's judgment should be affirmed. The United States is not urging that any portion of the district court's judgment be reversed."  Previously, the Trump administration had indicated that it only wanted to remove some aspects of the ACA, like unbiased coverage for pre-existing conditions, but would let others stand.  Democratic Senator and presidential hopeful Kamala Harris was quick to respond to the Department of Justice's statement.  "Trump and his administration are trying to take health care away from tens of millions of Americans — again," Harris tweeted. "We must fight back again with everything we've got. And in 2020, we need to elect a president who will make health care a right."
