Faraday Future is trying to sell more than 900 acres of land at Apex Industrial Park for $40 million. But will the startup electric-car-maker find a buyer? Besides Faraday's property, at least 2,000 acres of land is on the market in the Apex area, listings show. On top of that, Apex is a decades-old, desert industrial park that developers have largely avoided.
