2019 HERO MAESTRO EDGE

Hero MotoCorp India is all set to launch the second generation Maestro, called Hero Maestro Edge and the all new Hero Duet today in New Delhi. Moreover, both scooters will come with a newly developed 110cc displacement along with added features to attract more customers during the upcoming festive season and give a stern competition to Honda Activa in India.

The second generation Hero Maestro Edge has been given mechanical changes along with enhanced cosmetic changes. Firstly, the Maestro Edge will be powered by a 110.9cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled engine producing maximum power output of 8.4PS and maximum torque of 8.3Nm, mated to a CVT. The Hero Maestro Edge has a company claimed fuel efficiency of 50kmpl - 60kmpl.

Moreover, the second-gen Hero Maestro Edge will get a re-designed part-digital instrument cluster, LED tail-lamps, telescopic front forks, drum brakes at front and rear end of the scooter, along with the standard Integrate Braking System.

Dimension-wise, Hero Maestro Edge measures 1,840mm in length, 695mm in width, 1,190mm in height and 1,265mm in wheelbase, with a ground clearance of 155mm. The scooter has a kerb weight of around 110 kg.

On the features list, the Hero Maestro Edge comes with tubeless tyres, 12-inch alloy wheels, engine immobilizer and optional mobile charging unit and under seat lamp.

It will be launched in India expected by early 2019, with an expected ex showroom price of RS. 56,200.
