This is a great performance of punk rocker Ian Dury's song Spasticus autisticus at the paraolympics(edit). He wrote the song as an objection to 1981's International year of the disabled person which he saw as discriminatory & patronizing. Ian Dury himself was disabled having suffered severe polio as a child.
The song was banned as offensive by the BBC. The song being played here at the London paraolympics obviously disagrees with that assessment of the time.
Stephen Hawking intros and Ian McKellen also participates among the other performers.
