Fantations

Tick Tock (a little known gem) was originally performed by Connie Stevens in 1970 and written by Walter Marks has been fabulously rerecorded by The Fantations a talented bunch of young girls who attend various 'song and dance schools' and produced and recorded by legendary Northern Soul Producer Ian Levine. Newly released for 2013 (43 years after its first release by Stevens) Levine has given it a real taste of Soul 60's magic. Micaela, Olivia and Morgan are not just the regular 'girls next door' they perform professionally on both stage and film and regularly win regional and national 'song & dance' competitions together with Micaela being an accomplished Ballet Dancer. The track forms part of the Norther Soul 2012 Collection now available on Itunes, Spotify and Amazon and other digital stores worldwide. The project was purely done to showcase the girls and they continue their studies at their various schools.
