Many of us feel tired throughout the day as a result of factors beyond our body's natural rhythm. These include, diet, quality and quantity of sleep and environmental and physical factors, such as your workspace or the characteristics of the activities you undertake. Yet, fatigue is often repelled through simple and effective change of habits 1. Increase the amount of physical activity in your everyday routine 2. Make improvements to your diet and make sure that you never go long periods without eating 3. Remain social and conversational with those around you and don't stay isolated or silent for too long 4. Reduce any heavy dependence on caffeine and alcohol 5. Rely more readily on water and fruit juices with a low sugar content 6. Consider links with mental health factors, such as anxiety or depression 7. Additionally, fatigue is also tied in with temporary episodes of stress
