DC Comics and its
sexually frustrated
Superheroes

I
never noticed
that before.

It was
as if
they naturally
belonged together
like a couple,
like parents.

Green Arrow
and
Black Canary.

Only now do I realize that,
as in the story of Robin Hood,
there must be always
someone around
to support him.

His Merry Men
weren't Little John,
Will Scarlet or
Much the Miller's Son.

But since
his first appearance
is always
someone around him
like
...

... Much the Miller's Son ...

... um,
Roy Harper,
called Speedy.

I can't remember
a comic
where he
would have achieved
something
without support.

So are just
the spoiled privilegeds.
Even Batman needed
his butler or Robin.
Or both to hug,

The Cat (Selina Kyle),

left the house (Batcave)
