Chicken Pahadi Kababs” are delicate appetizer, starter and snacks made of boneless chicken, marinated in a blend of fresh mint, coriander, Spices etc.
Chicken Pahadi Kabab, also called Haryali Kabab are simple, rustic and healthy chunks of meats. Cooked in herbs and yogurt, the flavours are basic and uncomplicated but still powerful. Kebab, or Kabab culture is one of the most common part of street food and celebrate all over the globe.

Ingredients
For Green Paste
1/2 cup Coriander Leaves
1/4 cup Mint Leaves
5-6 Green Chillies
1 inch Ginger
7-8 Garlic Cloves
1/2 kg Boneless Chicken Breast
1 tsp Garam Masala
1 tsp Chaat Masala
1/2 Cumin Seed Powder
1 tsp Coriander Seed Powder
1/2 tsp Fenugreek Leaves
Salt
1/2 cup Curd
Edible Food Colour
1 tbsp Oil
Butter
Method: Let's start with making Green paste for which add Coriander Leaves in the Grinder with Mint Leaves, Green Chillies, Ginger and Garlic Cloves. Next, add water and grind it smooth paste. Now, take Boneless Chicken Breast in the bowl in which we add the green paste we made. Next, add Garam Masala, Chaat Masala, Cumin Seed Powder, Coriander Seed Powder, Fenugreek Leaves, Salt (as per the taste). Next, mix it all together properly then add Curd again mix it all together. Next, add Edible Food Colour (optional) again mix it together then keep it aside for an hour to Marinate. After 1 hour first heat up the Oil in the Pan then add Marinated Kebabs. Next, saute it properly and let it cook for 5-8 minutes with the lid closed. After 8 minutes stir the Kebabs for a bit and let it cool down. Next, skewed the Kebabs into the Skewers and grill it on open gas flame (as shown in the video) add little butter and your Chicken Pahadi Kebab is ready to serve in this monsoon.
