Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez Talks About Border Facility Conditions

Democratic members of Congress toured one of the detention facilities in Texas that recently came under scrutiny. Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez said: "People (are) drinking out of toilets, officers laughing in front of members Congress." According to CNN, Ocasio-Cortez said she mentioned the incident to their superiors and there was no accountability. The congresswoman said she didn’t feel safe from the officers and was frustrated during the tours.
