*DIY 2 Minute Smoothies*

You'll need:

- Mason jars
- a blender
- assorted fruit
- milk

Here's how:

First fill each Mason jar with your preferred smoothie ingredients. Choose your favorite recipe or just try one of each:

- strawberries and bananas
- watermelon, oranges, and apples
- apples, spinach, and bananas
- strawberries, mango, and pineapple
- green apples and currants

Put the cut fruit into the glass in equal proportions. The clever part of this prep method is that you can freeze the jars with the fruit inside for up to two weeks, meaning you can prepare the smoothies during your stress-free down time. Then you can take your drink of choice out of the freezer the night before, put the glass in the fridge, and then your healthy smoothie will be ready to go at a moment's notice.

To mix the smoothie, fill the fruit-filled Mason jar with milk. But instead of pouring the contents into the blender's pitcher, you just screw the Mason Jar with its fruity contents directly onto the blender's mixing component and then turn it on. Hold the Mason Jar tight while the blender is running.

Unscrew the glass and sip your way to happiness, courtesy of your 2-minute smoothie.
