Crispy Coconut Chicken with Veggies & Sauce by MJ's Kitchen

Today's recipe is Crispy Coconut Chicken with Veggies & Sauce, there are 3~4 steps but it is very easy & very delicious recipe.

Let's start this recipe.

Ingredients:
1 Chicken Breast cut in stripes.
2 Eggs,
2 tbsp Hot Sauce,
1 tsp Salt
¼ Cup Milk.

for coating we need:
1 cup Bread Crumbs,
½ cup Grated Coconut,
½ tsp Salt,
& ½ Black Pepper powder


Method:
1st step:
- Marinate the chicken in mix of eggs, milk, hot sauce & salt for 20 minutes.
- In 2nd bowl mix bread crumbs, coconut, salt & black pepper.
- Heat up the oil & coat the chicken stripes in coconut mix & fry on medium flame until tender.

2nd Step:
- Prepare red sauce.
- Put 2 tbsp Chili Sauce, 4~5 tbsp Ketchup, 4~5 tbsp Vinegar to the bowl & mix.

3rd Step:
- To make veggies we need:
- 1 big size Capsicum (cut in cubes)
- 2 carrots, cut in diagonal shape.
- 2 tbsp Butter,
- 1 tsp crushed Garlic
- 2 pinch Salt
- 2 pinch black pepper

Method:
- Turn on the flame, add butter & Garlic to the pan & fry it lightly.
- Add carrot & cook for 3 minutes.
- Now add capsicum, salt & black pepper.
- Fry it for more 2 minutes.
- now turn off the flame.
- Put fried chicken in serving dish first, then veggies & serve with red sauce.

00:03Today's recipe is Cripsy Coconut Chicken
00:06with Veggies & Sauce, there are 3~4 steps
00:09but it is very easy & very delicious recipe.
00:12Let's start this recipe.
00:16I took one full chicken breast & cut in strips.
00:22to marinate this we need: 2 Eggs,
00:252 tbsp Hot Sauce,
00:271 tsp Salt & ¼ Cup Milk.
00:33for coating we need: 1 cup Bread Crumbs,
00:37½ cup Grated Coconut, ½ tsp Salt,
00:40& ½ Black Pepper powder
00:42I sliced off the brown layer of coconut with knife then grate it.
00:49Add milk to the bowl,
00:54Eggs,
00:56Hot Sauce,
01:00Salt,
01:02Mix it well.
01:07Now add chicken strips
01:13mix it well
01:18& set it aside to marinate for 15~20 minutes
01:22now take another bowl & add 1 cup bread crumbs
01:27grated coconut
01:30salt & black pepper
01:33mix it.
01:3920 minutes of marination is done.
01:42oil is heated up, let's fry it.
01:46take one piece of chicken
01:49coat it in bread crumbs coconut mix
01:53press it properly
02:05& fry it on medium flame
02:27I put the chicken in oil for frying, now do not turn it's
02:29sides or move it instantly otherwise all the coating will
02:32leave the chicken pieces
02:40now turn the sides
03:03chicken is ready fried, now let's make the red sauce.
03:07put 2 tbsp Chili Sauce to the bowl,
03:134~5 tbsp Ketchup,
03:184~5 tbsp Vinegar
03:23Mix it & serve with the chicken & veggies.
03:27To make veggies we need:
03:291 big size Capsicum (cut in cubes)
03:312 carrots, cut in diagonal shape.
03:352 tbsp Butter,
03:371 tsp crushed Garlic
03:392 pinch Salt & 2 pinch black pepper
03:42turn on the flame & add butter to the pan.
03:501 tsp Garlic & fry it light.
04:15Garlic is fried, now add carrot
04:28carrots are cooked for 3 minutes
04:31now add capsicum
04:37add salt & black pepper
04:53fry it for more 2 minutes.
05:022 minutes are done, now turn off the flame
05:05veggies are ready to serve with chicken.
05:11Put fried chicken in serving dish first,
05:29veggies
