Brandon Vera loses in return to heavyweight

MANILA, Philippines – Filipino-American mixed martial artist Brandon “The Truth” Vera succumbed to Ben Rothwell in their heavyweight clash in the undercard of UFC 164 in Milwaukee. Vera, fighting at heavyweight for the first time in five years, was knocked out by Rothwell at the 1:54 mark of the third round.
