There is still no power in three cities and two towns in Northern Negros Occidental after super typhoon "Yolanda" toppled around 400 electric posts in the province. Local officials said a total of 372,826 individuals from 436 barangays were affected by the typhoon. Meanwhile, the cost of damage to agriculture was pegged at over P100 million.
