How to View a Video Frame by Frame in Windows Media Player?
Step 1: Open the Video in Windows Media Player, and then pause the video.
Step 2: Right click on the video, and then click on 'Enhancements.' After that, click on 'Play Speed Settings.'
Step 3: On the Pop-Up, you have 'forward arrow' for going to the next frame, and 'backward arrow' for going to the previous frame. So, just click the arrow that you want.
Note: If you click the 'backward arrow,' it will jump to key frames that is around 1 second.
