Where to Get the Best Shoyu Ramen in Metro Manila

You’d be surprised how many versions of ramen there are. From the thinner, more refreshing Sapporo take as found in Shiroi Daichi to the thick, rich broth that’s Mendokoro Ramenba’s signature style, it can be hard to choose. But this Japanese staple is one we’re happy to gulp down, whatever the weather—here are our favorites!
