Debris from the medical evacuation plane block runway 24 of the Ninoy Aquino International Airport in Paranaque City, on Sunday night, March 29, after it exploded during takeoff, killing all eight passengers who included an American and Canadian. The plane, which assisted the Department of Health in flying medical supplies to provinces, was headed to Haneda in Japan.
