Chhath Puja: Devotees across country offer prayers to ‘Lord Surya’ for divine blessings

'Chhath Puja' is celebrated across the country with immense religious fervour and offer thanksgiving to ‘Lord Surya’, a Hindu Sun god for bestowing the bounties of life on earth. On this third day of festival, Hindu faithful performed ‘Nahai Khai’ ritual by offering prayers to the setting Sun.
