Hunter becomes hunted: Lion cowers in tree as buffalo herd passes through in Kenya

This footage shows the moment the hunter became the hunted as a lioness was left cowering up a tree when a herd of buffalo passed through the area.

Filmed in Nairobi National Park on April 13 a lioness is seen taking refuge in a tree after a group of large buffalo chased her up a tree.

As the big cat climbed down a few of the buffalo herd started to chase her off.
