Manila city gov’t building own COVID-19 testing lab

Manila Mayor Francisco “Isko” Moreno Domagoso said on Saturday night (May 16) that the local government is already building its own coronavirus disease (COVID-19) testing laboratory that will ramp up the city’s ability to confirm the status of residents being tested through PCR (polymerase chain reaction) machines.
