Health director-general Datuk Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah on Wednesday said that several factors needed to be taken into consideration before a decision is made to reopen cross-border travel during the recovery movement control order period.
He said Malaysia would need to discuss with neighbouring countries such as Singapore, Brunei and Thailand on allowing travels between them.
