Strong winds from Tropical Storm Isaias shift directions at Bethany Beach, Delaware, on Tuesday (August 4).

A swath of destruction occurred after Delaware spawned an outbreak of tornadoes on Tuesday morning.

Delaware is still under a state of emergency.
