Penang exco Phee Boon Poh detained in illegal factory probe

State Welfare, Caring Society and Environment Committee chairman Phee Boon Poh was arrested by the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission over investigations related to an illegal factory in Kampung Sungai Lembu.
