00:29the investigation into the death of the chemical pathology specialist, as well as examining
00:35the work culture at Lahad Datuk Hospital. Dzulkifli also said the task force will prepare
00:41a report on the findings of the investigation related to the death, along with recommendations
00:48for improvements to prevent and address bullying behaviour at healthcare facilities within
00:53three months from the date of establishment. Dr. Teh was found dead in her rental unit
00:59on August 29, following allegations of workplace bullying. She was the head of Lahad Datuk
01:05Hospital's chemical pathology unit and lived alone in her rental accommodation.
01:11On Tuesday, her brother Teh Yong Shen said his sister showed no signs of depression or
01:16intentions to end her life, adding that the family had discovered evidence in her WhatsApp
01:21conversations of her workload and how she was treated.
