Pledge made to reduce use of endangered wildlife in medicinal products

In an effort to reduce the demand for wildlife-based medicinal products involving endangered animals, traditional Chinese medicine practitioners in Malaysia made a pledge on Sunday to use sustainable substitutes to bear bile.
