Chapli Kabab Recipe | Food Celebrations Ingredients: Mince 750g 1 chopped onion 1 chopped Tomato 2 chopped green chillies Salt to taste 1/2 tsp red chili flakes 1 tsp coriander seeds 1 tsp cumin 1/2 tsp ajwain/ carom seeds 1/2 tsp garam masala/ all spice 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste 3 tbsp maize flour 1 tbsp anardana crushed / crushed pomegranate seeds Fresh coriander Oil for frying
Method: Mix all the mince with all the spices, onion, ginger garlic paste, tomato, green chillies and fresh coriander. Form kababs and shallow fry. Delicious chapli kababs are ready to serve.
