This guy decided to do something fun with his friends on new year's eve. They put a firecracker in a traffic cone, and he held it over his shoulder. They thought that it would come out of the cone before going off, but it got stuck. The guy tried to run when he realized this, except he forgot to drop the traffic cone. The firecracker burst on him, but fortunately, nobody got hurt.
