Passport Service: शुरू हुआ DigiLocker platform, अब original document की जरूरत नहीं । वनइंडिया हिंदी

Inaugurating the "DigiLocker" platform for the "Passport Seva Programme" of the Ministry of External Affairs, Union minister V Muraleedharan on Friday said it would enable citizens to submit the documents required for passport services in a paperless mode and they would not be required to carry the original documents.

मोदी सरकार ने पासपोर्ट सर्विस को लेकर बड़ा ऐलान किया है. केंद्र सरकार ने अब पासपोर्ट बनाना और आसान कर दिया है. विदेश मंत्रालय ने पासपोर्ट सर्विस प्रोग्राम के लिए डिजी लॉकर प्लेटफॉर्म शुरू कर दिया है। इसके बाद से अब पासपोर्ट बनवाने के लिए Application देते समय ओरिजनल डॉक्यूमेंट्स की जरूरत नहीं पड़ेगी। डिजी लॉकर प्रोग्राम से पासपोर्ट बनवाने का प्रोसेस काफी आसान हो गया है।
