The Indian Muslim Association in Dubai serves Iftar to about 4,500 people in the narrow lanes of Deira. Their specialty? Mutton porridge or ‘kanji’ as they call it in the Indian state of Tamil Nadu. (Video by Nilanjana Gupta)
