Man responsible for freeway crash face victims' families

Mohinder Singh appeared in Victoria's Supreme Court today and pleaded guilty to eight charges including culpable driving causing death. The families of the four police officers who were killed on Melbourne's Eastern Freeway have come face-to-face with the man responsible for their deaths.
