Rosario Vergeire recently cautioned the public against using oxygen tanks to treat coronavirus patients quarantined at home, and asked the public to seek a doctor’s advice on their proper use. She also appealed to the public and oxygen tank suppliers to be more considerate as the rush to buy oxygen tanks may affect hospital supplies.
