First Nations group call on Govt to deliver on promise

First Nations groups say it's a disgrace that so few Aboriginal people own water in the Murray-Darling Basin. They're calling on the Federal Government to deliver on a 2018 commitment to spend $40 million helping Indigenous Australians own water.
